Yeah, raw 'n bloody is the way to go... although (scroll doowwnnnn).

Ooooh, check out http://www.stinkymeat.net I believe the steak there is
Angus quality beef too :)

Umm, perhaps you're thinking of French cheese? :). Actually, I can't
think of that *many* "sausage things" to be found on this continent that
conform to the conditions you describe, but I might be mistaken.

It's not just a medieval practice, actually, to best prepare a hare, one
should leave it hanging (after shooting it) in the cellar until the skin
starts to feel loose to the touch and as if it is about to come off. It
can be done with other types of meat as well, though it is only
considered appropriate if the meat comes from animals dwelling in the
wild. The process is called "nobling" the meat (at least, that is a
literal translation from the Dutch term :). Take note, by the way, that
the meat is still cooked after being thus "aged".
Whether ghouls would like their meat stinky remains to be seen though...
perhaps it just comes down to personal taste... but then, perhaps some
ghouls would like their meat salted, dried or as jerky... hmm... does
anyone else get the idea for this "meat fabric" where relatively
ordinary-looking sausages and other raw meat products are transported to
several select wealthy individuals across the globe?
