Also.
Mages cannot pass through living tissue, so CAN YOU PUNCH AN
ASTRAIL MAGE ?
(ie a phys add with astrial sight, and a flesh fist?)
Also, bullets with living cultures in the tip to allow real
world/astrial energy transfer?
(.45 HP with bacteria or fungus in the hollowpoint?)

Well, this is similar to the "Run into bugs" discussion not too long ago.

Firstly, a phys adept with "astral sight" as you put it becomes a dal being
when astrally perceiving, so yes, he can punch an astral mage, the same as
any dula nature creature can.

As for the "blind" fireing of living creatures in ammo at an astrally
present mage, I would say yeah, sinse the intent is there to do the damage,
and the emotion of it is what does damage in astral space. You'd have a +8
blind fire modifier of course. It would be equally easy to make an argument
along the lines of what is used for attacking manifested spirits though, and
say that a projectile weapon would not work. I couldn't see anything wrong
with a melee attack though.

As for the 11% of Armerican citicens don't think the US has used a nuclear
weapon in a war; just what is the difference between a "nuclear" and an
"atomic" weapon?
