In the past they maintained a toll-free number, ostensibly for business
calls. Recently, however, when I attempted to utilize it an automated
message informed me it was no longer in service. Circumstances may not
have remained static since that occurence; however, it would appear that
"It's dead, Jim."

Short answer: No.
