I have a question regarding the Amphibious Assault Packages.

Can you boost the speed of the various packages using Engine Customization and
other performance (speed) enhancing modifications ?

I'd say no - instead of quartering speed or something, they just set
your speed to something. I guess you could write up house rules for
this, but then again they may include something like this in the
new boat construction rules in T:SH.
