I owe you all an apology for posting the goodluck letter.

At first, I didn't realise that I've done anything wrong. I'm a newbie,
not only on the list, but also on the net. I knew flaming was wrong ( I
couldn't imagine why anybody would WANT to flame...), I knew flooding was
bad, and I never annoy ppl for fun.
When I recieved that letter, it didn't bother me that I got it, I thought
it was kind of cute (guess not, hugh?)... But, although I KNOW
superstitions are stupid and baseless, by reflex, I am slightly
superstitious. And by reflex I sent it on. Won't Help Won't Hurt - right?
WRONG!!!
When university admin closed my account (I didn't know why, and
was shocked to hear the reason), I finally realised what I had done...
I understood that posting that harmless (I thought) letter must have
pissed the whole list off... Gods, that thought made me cringe!

Excuses aside, that was a lame thing to do and I sincerely aoplogise.
I wish I hadn't done it, but I have and I'm sorry.

Lamely yours,
Karina Greenapple

P.S.: I'm in a nomail mode since February, so any flames and reactions,
please send to my personal address.
A.P.S: I'm really NOT such a bad person... usually...

Hey, Karina, how did your college know that you sent the message in the first
place? Do they monitor every posting that you make or what? Mine knows if we
such services as the ShadowRun MUSH (My wrist still hurts :-), but they don't
monitor our mail.

Simple: at least one recipient was annoyed, and mailed their complaint
to the postmaster at the site, I expect.

To those whom I may have inadvertently offended by posting publicaly
instead of privately, my humble apologies. I do in fact know how
to send private email, and thus was my intent-alas I realized that I
used the REPLY command instead of the FORWARD one. Tis my error, and
I apologise for it.

Dear members of the list..

After having taken some time to consider and reflect( and cool down) : )
I have decided to apologize to the list I should have responded to the
postings that I found offensive in private and not wasted bandwidth..forgive
me..
