1: No.

2: Don't bother with it. Why? The Cookbook is a trap. The guy who wrote it
scattered stuff randomly throughout that will explode in your face (or any
of a number of unpleasant things). You can't tell what's real and what's
bogus; if you could, you wouldn't want the book :-).
