Do A/Q Spells leave a traceable link to their caster?

Also, could someone quote the rule section(s) that
prohibits mages stacking +3d6 initiative spells
and/or spell locks. (It has to be there somewhere)

Not unless the quickening or anchored spell is somehow attached to the
caster or his aura. The connection is between astral space and the
thing that the spell is quickened or anchored to, and is otherwise
unconnected to the magician responsible for the spell(s).

AFAIK, all we have here is a ruling by ex-DLoH Tom Dowd, who said
reaction enhancements are not cumulative, and only the highest one works.
How far you take this is your choice -- The Rat Way seems to be to say
that *any* reaction enhacement combination is useless, while others hold
that you can make sensible combos, like wired refs + enhanced
articulation, but not two sets of wired-2 to give you +8+4D6 initiative.

not as far as i know, though you might be able to do some work from
spell signatures (see awakenings) but it will be GM discretion.

No out and out rule but common sense says no or else folks would be
stacking synaptic accelerator level 1's like mad.
Similarly +10D6 initative spells should be stamped upon. ('by the
maths' it can be done for about 10D drain at force 1).
Generally speaking the only ways to get more than 4D6 involve
stacking the phsad dice with things, Jazz/Kamikazee or move by wire.
The synaptic accelerator + locked inc reflexes is also an option. You
can get 10 dice by these sort of tricks but generally speaking its
not common even if the GM allows it. The most i have seen a PC roll
is 5D6, and only 1 NPC beat that but mid teens + 10D6 was rather
fast (like he broke the initative record held by an astral force 10
queen bug! the usual speed record holders)

No, "The Great Rat Way" is that initiative (the dice) enhancements do
not combine unless the description of the enhancement specifically says
that it does; you normaly only get the dice of the single best
enhancement you have [Wired 3 plus an increased initiative spell still
only gives you +3d6 for initiative]. Reaction (the number) enhancements
are usually cumulative [Enhanced Articulation does add it's +1 to the +6
you get from Wired 3]

I believe so.

I'm not sure that the rule is there, but I always rules that the increase
attribute spells cannot affect an attribute that is already raised by magic,
whether by spell or Physad ability. Makes for a cleaner game.
