My players are asking for anchoring and I know it's been discussed before
but the archives only go back to january this year. Any idea were I can
find last years and earliers archives? Or any web pages that have more info
on the topic.

If your talking about the metamagical technique it was first introduced
back in the Grimoire if I recall. However MITS should be on the shelves
shortly, and it updates metamagic and initiation for 3rd Ed. So that's
probably your best bet. You can also check out the Deep Resonance
web site. Plenty of links there for just about everything.
