Ooops, sorry about that. Got a Moose in the system somewhere.

JRober-san: I'm not talking sustained Combat spells, I'm talking about a
sustained Manipulation spell. Example: Poltergeist surrounds an opponent with
flying miscellany. Should you choose to keep the stuf flying around him/her,
this'd be a sustained manipulation that just happens to do damage to them every
time your phase comes around, right?

Now, if I want an electrical spell to go off when I hit something, that'd be an
activation link that sets off a nasty jolt on contact, but then your blade'd
still be electrified unless you also incorporated a Deactivation link to shut
it off almost immediately. That way, you wouldn't have to sustain it until
your next action phase, when you could shut it down with your Free Action.

Does this sound reasonable to youse guys?
