Players who haven't played HB yet press "next message" NOW! :) GMs keep
reading if you haven't got anything better to do...

A question to the rest of the GMs on this list who own HB: how do you handle
the Karma awards at the end of the adventure? Adding it all up you get a
whole _load_ of Karma, but is this meant to be divided equally among all
characters, to be put into the Team Karma Pool, or to be given to each
character individually? The book says it's a Team Karma award, but I'm still
a bit confused about it -- mainly since we never use the team karma pool :)

The story you have just heard is true.
The names have not been changed to protect the guilty.

Since HB was put out after SRII, then I'd say to use the SRII rules. This
means that each character gets the amount of karma listed. It says "Team
Karma" because the whole team gets the karma, while "personal karma" is
awarded to individual characters on the basis of good role-playing, humour
and so on. The term "Team Karma" has nothing to do with the Team Karma Pool.
The Team Karma Pool is just the same as individual karma pools which the
characters have, only anyone in the team can access it (this measn it tends
to be saved for those real emergencies). And, yes, this does mean that HB is
worth a frag load of karma, but hey, the runners did something which was
more or less world saving, so they probably deserve it.

That was the way I was going to use it, but I just wanted to double-check
that I was right (nasty habit of mine :)
