Ok, I finally picked up a copy of YotC. (Hearing that they were no longer
printing helped my decision.)
I remember that someone posted something on have a character with wings and
flight.

We discussed weither the Surge would make him bird-like (hollow bones,
enhanced metoblic rate and the like)
or if would give him an anate spell of flight.

What I'm wondering is if someone can just get wings from Surge. Just for
the looks.
(I'd look it up, but I ordered the book online and right now it's at home
and I'm at sea.)

Oh, does any one have any other home-brewed Surge effects?
