Upon asking Tom Dowd how to handle the following situation, I figured I'd
post the answer.

If a mage has a stacked focus (say a Weapon(3), Power(2) focus), and
someone attacks it in astral space, should their target be 2, 3, the
average, the max, or the sum?

Anyone else have any findings from DLoH? Like... say... the Grounding
Thingy?? *hehehhehe*
