Yeah, I have not read into Into the Shadows (Still struggling with
Streets of Blood *yawn*), but I have seen a few cyber-directed combat
spells. Most notable among them is:

Urban Renewal vs. Cyberware

BTW, what does Mirin's spell do?

Mirin's Spell...
Turns off all Cyberware with in area..
Cybereye stop working, limbs, ect., ect.
Very nasty spell and too powerful to give to players..

The spell nominally destroys the interface between neural tissue and
cyberware; the cyberware is fine, but it can't talk to you any more.
It's not mentioned if it gets better over time or if the change is
permanent (barring more surgery etc).
