He's looking for something for an NPC, so the power level or development
isn't /all/ that much of a concern.

As for the target number... a static 6 is probably more appropriate, being
that it's a voluntary-target spell anyway. I didn't consider a static
target number because there wasn't anything in the MitS for it. This spell
was created off the cuff.

As for the threshold... Fantastic idea.

As for bumping up the drain code... I already suggested an ad hoc +1 DL in
my original message.

Yeah, but the target numbers for sustaining multiple spells would make
doing anything very difficult.
