It seems to be a general practice to allow the activation/deactivation
of a spell lock by the mage casting the spell or having bonded it.

Is it necessary to rebond the spell lock each time you reactivate it?
Is it necessary to recast the spell each time you reactivate the spell
lock?

Nope, it's not necessary, as the deactivation doesn't break the lock,
only turns it off. Therefore the mana component (astral component) isn't
destroyed.

Not only general practice, but a general rule.

Not at all..However if you want to rebond and recast any spell or stacked
spells into it you can do that as long as you have the time and the karma..

Nope. If a lock is bonded, it is attached to a spell. Note that SRII does
talk about stacking spell, but locks only use singular indicators. Locks
can't lock more than one (1) spell. That would be like trying to pour a
gallon of sand into a full gallon bucket, although I don't know what it
would do to the lock....

(Please prove me wrong with a quote, as I'd love to lock a bunch of
'combat condition' spells with 1 lock...)
