Has anyone ever purchased gaming supplies from AREA31?

Looks like they have good prices. They claim to sell at dealer cost.
However, they charge a $13.00 fee for an order, so, unless it was a big
order, it kinda defeats the purpose.
Any other places with good prices?

And no, I'm not promoting Area31, just wondering if they're legit.
