Half-human/half-spirit NPC's? Sounds kind of like Universal Brotherhood to
me. You're right: kick-butt villians, but I would nix the no-drain sorcery as
too unbalancing. And rather than making them possible able to summon spirits,
I would make them conjurer supremes, able to summon spirits more readily
because they are half-spirit themselves. Just some suggestions.
