Indeed it is. In fact, I might even go so far as to say that it
"kicked ass." If you like special effect and don't mind Keanu Reeves, go
and see it. It'll give a whole new meaning to the term "Ultraviolet
Host."

I was worried I would hat the movie because of Keanu Reeves. I must say I
was wrong. The movie was great...the whole time I kept muttering to my
friend.."Shadowrun...shadowrun.."

I even thought Keanu Reeves did a great job. I hate almost every movie he
is in....but I must say he did a great job this time. Maybe he is finally
becoming a good actor! HAHAHAHAHA

My friend and I were ready to go buy another ticket just to watch it once
more to see if we missed anything the first time.

Ed

The Fixer replies:

Indeed.. when Keanu sits upright from his "digital learning" and says
"I know Kung Fu! " All I could think about was "Yup, that's what
Skillsofts are like..."

Great movie.

I agree. After the first big fight scene where Trinity busted up four
guards before they had time to attack I turned to the Rev. Spaced and
said "See, THAT'S why SR3 initiative doesn't work" :)>.

Was it my imagination, or was the company Keanu Reeves worked for really
called "Metacorp Inc."?

All in all, well worth full price. The movie was much better than I expected.

It also had a good example of the Graceful Logoff
(MMmm.. Deadly dump shock). Am I the only one who, when Morpheus says
"This is the construct" thought "But you're not Lucifer! WTF?" ? ;)

The folks in the theatre I went to clapped and laughed after that..quick
fight. It was great...and it let me know the rest of the movie was going
to be just fine.

I noticed that too. Sometimes I wonder how many of these SR type movies
have actual writters that played SR.

Actually, there is a thought concerning Surprise and "Room Sweeping" that I
hear is in the works with regards to "multiple attacks at once".

Interesting twist, if so, then it is probably one of the "quicker" fixes from
the earlier script revisions...

I'll just keep waiting...

While you probably didn't exactly "give" anything specific away, I think all
of you who participated in this thread should be ashamed of yourselves. I
specifically didn't read it before seeing the movie, in case I accidentally
read spoilers. I'm extremely glad that I didn't.

I saw the movie again and the company's name was "Metacortex".
