I second that. I don't much care for most of the color plates I've seen in
SR products. I tell ya, I'd be perfectly happy if every single RPG product
I ever see from now on was nothing but B&W illos by the following:

Peter Bergting for archetypes, NPC's & other character pics.
Tim Bradstreet for atmoshpere pieces & general game background.
Mike Jackson for weapons, vehicles & gear.

While FASA would do well to adopt this standard, I won't go so far as to
badmouth any other artist. I don't know anything about art, and a
talentless hack like me is certainly in no position to pass judgement. But
I do know what I like -- and the above are my picks.

As a side note to a previous debate, though I really like Jeff
Laubenstein's archetypes in the back of the original SSC, that is where my
appreciation of his work ends.
