Just a quick thought: some cities in the SR universe are listed as
having extremely extensive, automatic pilot/guidance air taxi services,
putting hordes of shitty little cessnas buzzing around under computer
control. I can't remember exactly, but I think it was either Denver or
maybe somewhere close inthe NAN. Anyhow, just deck the taxi service's
computer and power dive a cessna onto the pointy little head of the
target. What's the damage code on a proppeller (traveling at 400+ mph and
backed up by a ton or so of metal and exploding fuel) again? :)

Yeah, that'll live up to your nickname as Mr. Precison. Crashing a
plane into the heart of an urban sprawl in order to take out one target.
What about the hordes of bystanders in the blast area? Is that acceptable
collateral damage?
Besides, I doubt that these computer controlled planes are totally
without pilots. I'm sure they have some slag sitting up front to take over
in case of emergency and a hostile takeover by a cold-blooded,
depraved-hearted killer is probably just cause for punching that Manual
Override button.

More likely there's a central rigger who can take over by remote, but
same end effect.

Only if we say it in the same sentence as 'tight beam microwave
transmissions' or even (to use current technology) 'singnal hopping
transmissions.'

There's a counter for every counter-counter.....

Isn't that backwards, tight beam microwave would be hard to jam (but not
impossible).

There's a correction for every counter-counter-counter... :)
