That's not easily answered. I would rule yes it can, but how much
"residue" is evident would depend on how emotional the person who
planted it was. The Unabomber would leave definate traces of harmful
intent, but kids just messing around with a homemade pipe bomb might
not leave much of one.

In theory, yes. Target number would be a 10 or higher IMO...and ultimately it
would depend on the "mentality" of the bomber in question.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. Now, how localized would it be?
For example, you assense a car that has a car bomb planted in it by a
very hateful someone. Assuming you get one or more successes, would you
get "the car has slight residual hate", "there is some residual hate
emanating from the front of the car", or "you see a focus of hate within
the aura of the car"?

Basicly, would it be more like an infection in the aura (affects the
whole thing), or residual heat viewed through thermographic goggles (ie,
localized dabs of emotion)?

Actual Product--KGro Hose Mender:
Use sharp knife to remove damaged hose section or coupling. Hot soapy
water will soften hose and lubricate end of mender. Fully insert end of
mender into hose. Slip clamp over hose and tighten screws evenly.

I would say that the initial success would give them a broad scope, say
5-10 feet (or more, depending on the situation, or feelings of evil ;))
that the emotion has "drifted" out to. Then, for every success after
(probably reduce the TN a bit since they know the general "feel" of the
residual emotion) they fine tune their assensing until they find the
focal point. So, to answer your question directly..both :)
