That falls under astral patrolling, Grimoire page 92 and CorpSec page
103. It involves a test rolled by the spirits, and they get a modifier of
-1 per two rating points worth of active spells you've got with you. There
are also modifiers for the area being patrolled, whether it's a nature
spirit with Search power or not, and lots of other factors. I think
casting an Instant spell would give a modifier only to the first-next test
made by the spirit, BTW.
