I appoligize for throwig in that comment of "_stated_" in my earlier
post. I worded that poorly. I ment to say that the way it was written
it seems more than just a stray comment by one person. But I'm pretty
sure that magic and astral space don't exsist beyond the biosphere.
Mostly because life is nessacary for astral space to exsist and magic
doesn't work w/o astral space. I remember an analogy from one of the
source books that compairs a mage in space to a container of air in
space. Astral perception/projection is akin to opening the container
to the void. As for the "mage who saw things" up in the edges of the
boisphere, he was probably halucinating and about to loose his mind.
(Or maybe he has lost it a little and believes in the Easter Bunny too)
