I forgot to mention that I use increased values (included below) as the rates
of fire per turn for automatic weapons; ROF per action = ROF per turn/# of
actions in turn (of course). If you want to fire fewer than the maximum number
of shots in your full-auto burst, roll Firearms vs. TN (ROF per turn)/4; 1
success is sufficient to get the number of bullets you wanted, while failure
results in firing (1 bullet per point test missed by) more or fewer (50%
chance of either) than intended.

Full auto ROFs per turn:
SMGs
AK-97 SMG/Carbine: 30
HK-227: 28
Beretta Model 70: 20
H&K MP-5TX: 20
Ingram Smartgun: 32
Sandler TMP: 25 (yes, that's higher than its ammo capacity)
Cybergun SMG: 15

Assault Rifles:
AK-97/98: 20
FN HAR: 21
M22A2: 25
H&K G12A3z: 30
Samopal Vz 88v: 18
AUG-CSL (Assault Rifle): 20

LMGs:
Ingram Valiant: 25
Ares MP-LMG: 30
AUG-CSL (LMG): 20

Heavy Weapons:
Generic MMG: 25
Generic HMG: 25
Vindicator Minigun: 60
FN MAG-5 MMG: 25
Stoner-Ares M107 GPHMG: 30

(These numbers are fairly arbitrary and I'm certainly open to revisions if
anyone who knows guns finds them horribly unrealistic.)
