The NAGEE is available zipped on usdcsv.acusd.edu (192.55.87.6) and
unzipped on beelzebub.acusd.edu (192.55.87.241). These are anonymous ftp
sites -- ftp to that site, and type 'anonymous' for your username. On
usdcsv, the text version is in the directory rpg.shadowrun.nagee.one or
two, as ng1txt.zip or ng2txt.zip. On beelzebub, the text version is in
the directory role-playing/shadowrun/nagee/text (I think).
