Considering Rule #2, would it not be advisable not to permit him access to the
Assault Cannon ESPECIALLY if he possesses such utility for its implementation?

The implied threat of berserkerism is a peculiarity of the Shamanic tradition
that I have but ONCE had the opportunity to observe:


The case was where our group's task was to prevent the establishment of a
certain go-gang presence in an area of Seattle. Arriving at their temporary
(and, at the time, deserted) headquarters, the various members of our party
split up, the Hermetic Mage and Sasquatch Wolf Shaman staying together.

It was then that a large group of the gangers literally walked in upon us. The
mage and shaman terminated their foes with admirable dispatch but did not
succeed in avoiding a minuscule amount of damage: One Light Wound. The Wolf
Shaman, incredibly, failed his Willpower Roll, going berserk for one round,
much to his chagrin, and soon thereafter, his companion's...

He let out a low, guttural growl, and drew his largest weapon...

It is a truly heart-stopping moment when you hear that primal roar and realize
it came from your teammate, who is presently drawing his terrifyingly large
combat ax weapons focus, and that YOU are the closest target...

The Mage was literally gripped in Fear--despite his bitter contention of that
appraisal today. As it turned out, the drawing of the ax was the Sasquatch's
last action that turn, and as a result, did not have to shred our other
teammate. Quite a harrowing experience.

Although it was quite amusing whilst it lasted.
