Yes and no. A kirlian photograph should help a mage (-1/-2 on T#) but
just help because the kirlian photo just has an image of the bioelectric
field not the astral aspect. So again the image would be a partial image
but should be enough to help the mage.

You should be able to. The aura is not bright so perhaps a +1 to
perception account for the shifting light of the aura around the face.
