Does anyone think that Minstrel H. in shadowtech
could be Harlequin watch

'Mister H.' in Shadowtech might be Harlequin; note that the Smiling
Bandit from the same sourcebook is almost certainly /not/ Harlequin (or
anyone else from other sourcebooks). In general I suspect that most of
the Shadowtalk from Shadowtech is unrelated to stuff in other books, as
I think that the supplement's author wrote most of it on his own.
