I was contacted by a sam. Apparently, the files are not complete.

Bioeyes - Humans:

Enhanced Low Light Bioeyes 16,000 NuYen .3 Body

This is much the same as the normal Low light bioeyes, except
far more cones are replaced with rods. Color vision is reduced to
20% normal (an 80% reduction), however, these bioeyes have low light
vision equivalent to that of the elves and orks. It appears that
this is one mod that actually surpasses what cyberware vision
enhancements can do at the loss of most of the color vision.
*This mod is not available to Trolls or Dwarves, as it also
would detract from their thermographics, which would not be worth it.
*Retinal Cybernetic enhancements are not accepted by this eye
due to existing stress.

According to the sam though, he doesn't much miss it.
He claims that although in normal situations he does feel he
is missing something, there is a reason many predators have
limited or non-existant color vision. Monocrome makes it far
easier to detect motion. Besides, when you operate under
moonlight, color doesn't matter. He has a point I suppose.
It would take a bit to get used to though. By the way, yes
I am still recovering from getting hit by the encryption key.

There is one thing I would like to mention. Some people run campaigns
in which bioware is far more advanced than in my own. In this case,
Low light bioeyes might be reduced to say, .1 or .15, and the enhanced
low light to .2 body cost as it is a minor mod using unmodified cloned
rods. However, I placed the body cost as is for game balance, and the
fact it is a new development.

I made a lot of assumptions that I did not explain in the development
of my bioeyes and other stuff. If there are any questions, either post
them or drop me a line and I will answer them.
