I was recently thinking about the interaction of bioware and magic. With
healing, you add half the Body Index to the TN, because magic has a
arder time with the somewhat unnatural bioware, even if the wound is
nowhere near the bioware (though there is no hit location system, per se,
in SR). Wouldn't this impedance to magic have an effect on other spells
that affect the body, such as Increase/Decrease Attribute spells, and
Transformation Manipulation spells (at least the mana based ones)?
