The endocrine regulation system was designed to create peak
efficiency with the body's endocrine system. Tests show tremendous improvement
in the areas of physical abilities through an increased effeciency and quantity
of the body's natural steroids, and adrenal system. There is also a marked
improvement in the body's immune system and healing ability, with an unexpected
side effect in a slightly improved bone structure. (This is beleive to be a
side effect from the pituitary gland)
Subjects also display a heightened hunger, thirst, and sex drive from
their increased metabolisms, although a rather large improvement from the side
effects of the suprathyroid gland. In one case, the endocrine regulatory
system appeared to override the subject's trauma damper, but we believe that
this situation has been resolved in the current version. It has passed alpha
testing and is showing no problems in beta tests.
If either the cybernetic pat of the system, or the bionetic part of
the system is damaged to the point of being inoperable, all bonuses are halved
(round down) until repairs are made.

I included some comments in the Shadowtk posting that also may be of use.
BTW: The street index on this will be highly variable, as only one system
of Shadow Clinics has it and they tend to set the street index based on the
person.
Generally, the more professional and skilled, the lower it is. Those people
already trigger happy/unprofessional will be charged an arm and a leg.
Needless to say - to some people the clinic won't even acknowledge it's
existance.
This gives the GM a lot of control on the price, and fits the campaign it
which it was developed.
