I remember seeing a rule that bioware cannot raise a characters
attribute above racial maximum. Example: A human has a strength of 6;
he wants to install Muscle Aug 4. Because his racial max is 9 it will
only be raised to 9 and the extra 1 will be wasted. I am trying to
prove to the rest of my group that this rule exists but for the life of
cannot find it. Does anybody know if it actually exists and where it is
or am I just hallucinating?
