to heal when a character has bioware and cyberware, but not harder to hurt with
magic. His point is that healing is tries to repair the body, and if there is
foreign material there, it hampers the magic, because this foreign material
doesn't have the same genetic code as the rest of the body, if it indeed has
any genetic material at all (like cyberware). Even cultured bioware doesn't
quite have the same genetic code. Otherwise, it would be normal tissue.
Harmful magic, even mana based, is just tearing stuff apart, regardless of
it's composition. So if a tissue is regular, bioware or cyber doesn't matter
to a fireball; it burns anyway.
