With cyberware, if I read rules correctly, you get the level added to
strength and quickness, but can't use it to change your reaction etc.
However, the bioware allows you to add this to reaction etc... here
comes the nifty part, it states that the reaction cannot be used in
pure cybernetic decking (still don't know what that means) or
rigging. But does that mean a charcter sitting at a terminal will get
the bonus to reaction ?

Are there any rules for detecting bioware from astral ?

it can be expalined by the fact that bioware is part of the human boy
once it is installed

etc.

of cource not becuase if you are using terminal you will not have + in
reaction in matrix because the + in reaction in matrix you get from the
quality of the deck (deck is more powered than a simple terminal)

There aren't any rules that I know of. But bioware itself shouldn't be able
to be detected, since it is kind of a natural addition to your body.
Assensing should, though, detect the presece of the Bio-index, since it does
affect "magic". I guess it still disrupts a persons link between the astral
and physical planes. I'd leave it to GM's call.
