Okay, does anybody know where I can find stats on boats (speed boats, and
yachts, and jet ski's.) Also what kind of modifier would a character
receive from shooting a Predator II from a jet ski?

Most likely, Cyber Pirates would have info on such things, but it is not
out yet. There are some stats for boats listed, IIRC, in R2, in the big
list of vehicles.

The types of boats you've described are listed in Rigger 2, in the Vehicle
List toward the back of the book.

The table of Manual Gunnery modifiers on p. 57 of Rigger 2 lists just about
all the applicable modifiers for shooting a firearm from mostly any vehicle.

FWIW, the vehicle rules in Cyber-Pirates will mostly cover the handling and
operation of larger ships (i.e., freighters, ocean liners, warships), as well
as advanced rules (sonar, cavitation, etc.) for underwater vehicles.
