Can you get high risk armour in SR?
the vests etc are not much good vs heavy stuff, and present day
armour can stop rifle rounds

Highmark Bodyarmour
(as used in Northern Ireland)
Mark 1a vest stops 9mm
1 .44
II .44 at close range

But with Ceramic inserts...
Plate III stops .30 carbine and .357KTW
II 7.62 5.56NATO and 7.62x39 API
I Stops 5.56 and 7.62 NATO AP at close range (5m!)

And 7.62 can punch through 30cm reinforced concrete at 25m

Yeah, its called Military Armor, from Fields of Fire. Its hardened, so
anything with a power less than half its Ballistic value just bounces off, and
the really scary thing is thta its ballistic value can be as high as 16.
