Yes, boost Willpower is great on a Sustaining Focus, but I don't think of
the benefit as being very large.

Because of the Target Number, many beginning Magicians can boost a 7 to an
8.
Or a 6 to a 7.
Or a 5 to a 7.
Or a 4 to a 7.
Or a 3 to a 7.
Or a 2 to a 7.

And yes, some magicians do it.
