Sorry, maybe i over read it but where in the SR3 is the boosted reflex
game description, it said that increase reflex but didnt said how much.
Its tha same as 2 edition?

Boosted Reflexes; the description is on page 300 and the effects are in a
table in the top right corner of page 303. This is all in the SR3 book.

The game stats for boosted reflexes are in the table at the top of page
303, together with the stats for bone lacing.
