France(aka Fritz, Francis, or Wordman's version called Shadowrun) is
the font used for the majority of the card. The copyright/artist
credit is in a different font, but I couldn't tell you the name of it.

The fact that the lowercase L's are taller than the uppercase letters is a
dead give-away: the font is Futura, sometimes called Futurist. Looks like
they scaled it horizontally, probably at 80% or so, or possibly the font
itself is narrow variant of Futura. FASA used to use Futura for decker
comments, though they used Avant Garde in more recent stuff.

Since this was the decker font for a time, it should come a no surprise that
the font on my web site, called "Decker" is very close to Futura. (BTW, I'm
waiting to make a new version of the decker comment font when I see what
FASA chooses for Third Edition products. Based on a brief comment in the
Metahumanity section, it looks like they might be moving to Optima.)
