Subject: Bows and Armor

I have a quick question for the collective conscious here. I was pretty
sure that bows worked against impact armor for resisting damage, but I can't
seem to find it in the book. Does anyone know? Can I also get the page number?
It really only matters to me because I have a new character in my game that is
just in love with his bow and I want to make sure that I'm giving my NPCs a
fair shot. Thanx in advance

Yes, Impact armor is used to resist arrows. I'm not sure what page.
Try the Combat section of SRII.

SR2 page 242, under ARMOR in the lower-left corner: "Impact armor protects
against projectiles with lesser kinetic energy transfer: projectile
weapons, explosives, hand-held weapon, stun ammunition, and damaging
manipulation spells."
