Well, GURPS:Cyberpunk includes a technololgy known as "braintaping".
Essentially, they can record 'you' on a special computer. Now, when
you die they reactivate one of your clones, download the tape onto the
clone, and voila instant you.

The technology is EXTREMELY expensive. The actual braintape costs big
bucks, plus yearly maintenance, plus the annual braintape "update". Not
only that, but braintapes are HUGE. Well, reasonably big. Not at all
portable unless you have a truck or something.

At the tech level of gurps:cp they are just on the verge of getting
braintapes to run without a brain (i.e. in a big computer, or something).

If you ask me, Braintapes probably are available in 2053, but a a cost
similar to leonization, and probably even more than that! Not only that
but I'll bet the tech. is marketed but rather kept a closely guarded
secret for those rich enough to be able to afford it.
