I've never gotten the impression from the Sourcebooks that there was much
"green magic" spillover from the Tir on the S-S side of the border. I could
be wrong of course.

As for reclamation magic, little would probably be necessary -- these days,
most of the advocates seem to think it would be enough for us to simply seed
the places with what they need and then stand aside.
