Well I'm a human with an above average body and average strength and I can =

an AR in 1 hand. Hell I can even shoot it from 1 hand (ss mode only). Now =
hitting a target as small as say a bus just ain't gonna happen unless I'm =

close (Watch out for those Richochets). A totally Buff Troll probably =
could
manage full Auto mode without hurting himself but he's never gonna hit =
anything.
The problem has less to do with strength that Physics the grip on an AR is =
just
too damn far from the muzzel to control the direction it's pointing in.

I could hit fairly well with an assault rifle in one hand at 25 yards or
so. But that was an SA80, a "bullpup" rifle, firing single shots, on a
range, not under stress.

With the SLR it replaced (or with an AK-47) simply holding it in one
hand at arm's length was a real effort and used as an exercise. _Firing_
like that would be laughable.
