Subject: BUG CITY expansion

Bug City hasn't been released in the uk yet and although i've heard a little
about i'm want to know more.

Is it worth making a purchase, whats the general gist of the expansion etc.

Has any of the uk users of this mailing list noticed any difficulty in
getting hold of certain FASA shadowrun releases, mainly 'fields of fire'.
Whats the problem? is there only a limited amount of copies import into the UK.

I live in *greece* (yeah, that little country on the Med) and I can't
get a hold of *anything*. There are like only 4 hobby stores in the
whole country, and even they are understocked. I'd bought the SR2
rulebook 'n' a couple of add-ons (about everything that was available
here) and became addicted in no time, but kept reading/hearing about
these great products while most of my sourcebooks where 1st Ed.
anyway. So I went over to the UK in Easter Time and was browsing
through Virgin Megastore when I bumped into a roleplaying section
(aha!). I got up to the little room and discovered *3 SHELVES* full of
SR stuff... I got 15 different sourcebooks (the works, I guess). Thing
is, I spotted these the first time I was over there, and actually
bought them two days later. The single copy of Fields of Fire I saw
was gone by that time :-(. And now I can't even DREAM of getting the
book unless I go abroad again...

So really, trust me, you aren't in that bad a position.

BTW, does anybody know of a good mail order service that can ship
abroad?

I'm not a UK resident, but I get my RPG books from the UK by mail order, and
I did have some problems with FoF. I ordered it in May, I think, and was
told it was out of stock (at Leisure Games in London), but a few weeks later
they had it in stock and sent me a copy. I don't know about the current
situation (I don't need two copies :), but I haven't had any trouble getting
Shadowrun books otherwise.

Like I said in another message, I order all my roleplaying stuff there.
Service is pretty fast: within about one to one-and-a-half weeks from me
dropping my letter in the mail I get my order in my letterbox.
