Some friends & I thought of a one shot adventure for Chicago. You let your
Sams have 5,000,000 Y & any sourcebook to buy things, & your Mages have 100
karma to blow on anything, + you can play any race (not dragons) you want
(vamps, shapeshifters, free spirits, etc). They are planning to use the idea
for a gaming con. Thoughts on this idea?????

This reminds me of the video game "Centipede",
little runners at the bottom of the screen w/
unlimited ammo, hordes of bugs zipping back
and forth at the top of the screen, then the
middle of the screen, then the bottom of the
screen... GAME OVER ;)

That what you had in mind?

Sounds like a ridiculous combat fest.
Also 100 karma on initiation, as i bet they won't let you have
research spells really won't go far compared to 5M Y. Ok if they use
the bug city bugs life could be ok but you are not going to get away
without masking your foci in Chicago.

Free spirit would be rock and roll, yes i also fancy any spell i like
at force with no drain!

The idea was to use the idea for a Convention...the GM supplies the
characters, & the players are never used for other than this.

a) Sounds like REAL fun...but only with experienced players, cause you
wouldn't want it to turn into....

B) A Munchkinfest....this much power can corrupt that much <G>

Oh, and BTW, a Monowhip weapon focus? Sick, but FUN :)

The theory that horror's survive in space, durring the magical low on
earth, is also not with out its FASA enduced merits. this is also from
the Horrors handbook(ED), under the section for the dragon eater
horror (sorry can't remember its name), it has the legend of creation
of the name-givers (homo sapiens XXXXX and dragons). This basically
says that a horror went good and with the help of its 'Childern' it
fought off the horrors, the horrors fled up, up, up (space).

It should be noted that this may not be importand, but it has some
interesting possibiliteis.

Hoi Chummers. :)

Please help fill in the blanks for me about Bug Spirits, Bug Shamans,
and their Totems. I am interested in knowing what the differences are
between the different types of bugs, especially when it comes to their
motivations and goals. I am aware that some bugs are a bit different
than others in their motives, but don't know a lot of specifics. Keep
in mind that I haven't ever been in a run in Chicago...much less during
the time of Bug City.

I appreciate your help.

Thanks. :)

That was, I believe, a snippet from Sascha Database telling every single
(just about) reference to bugs in any FASA sourcebook. I son't believe it
included the 3 (I think it's three) modules that have bugs in them...

Good Work, Sascha...:)
