Subject: Bullet Damage : M16 rounds

How exactly does the bullet spin on impact, and how can this be severe
enough for the bullet to come out you knee when you put it in your foot ?

Couldnt this be caused by the round rebounding off some bone in the foot
or the ground ?

I should not have said spin but rather tumble - end over end

this could be part of the reason - my point was [and the kneecap thing
did happen more than once] that there is no was to know where the exit
wound might be of course there would be time where there would be no
tumble and the bullet can then pass straight through
