I have been trying to tie up the timelines from the various SR
products etc. Obviously FASA know how this all ties in with ED :),
but trying to fix crater lake relative without that vital bit of
paper is tricky.

Anyway i am looking for the starting dates of the 1st through 4th
worlds in both BC and Mayan 'long count' if anyone has them. I
managed to find the latter calander and have matched one of the
listed Mayan-chritian calander tie ins suggested to the FASA dates
for the 5th,6th and 7th worlds in 'Ehran to young elven
technologists' The later 3 'world' starting dates in Mayan calander
would also come in handy as exrapolating the match i have at the
moment gives random strings of numbers! not what one would expect. I
would have expected these world end/start dates to be at special
points [equivalent to whole centuries] though of course they might
not be.

One matter i can fairly safely clear up at this stage is that event
7907 [is that right] years ago 'at crater lake?' happend a very long
time before atlantis 'sank'.

Looking through dates from other FASA sources suggests 2061 might be
a good year for a vacation to Alpha centuri! [and don't come back
till the 7th age. Of course we might get lucky but.

I hope someone has the dates 'hust to hand' as i don't want to spend
time doing something that is interesting but not very important
outside of GM information.

Thanks

Mark

If you want the Mayan calander [real world] i sugest the local
library, i got it by looking up calander in an encylopedia. That will
get you far more information than i am prepared to type in here. I
could post the 'basic' date structure sometime but thats about the
limit. As to the SR tie ins stuff i was waiting to get as much done
as possible but will then try to post something if folks are
interested. All i have to hope is i'm similarly close as with the
great enemy and Aztechnology put together managed spring this year,
before FASA made it really easy [though i am aware of others that
managed that as well, so a fair number of well read GM's probably
achieved that.]

Info appreciated still.

Mark
