Then the response is one I've seen quite a few times in here: Get new players.
Of course that rarely helps as it's often not a true option. In this case if
you're lucky enough to have it only be two of the players then tell them to
resolve it and be friends or one of them will not be invited back. If you like
both have them pick straws the next time it shows up after giving the warning.
The loser goes.
I personally only game with people I get along with and who all get along with
each other. Of course every time I form or join a new group there's a few weeks
in there were people are determining if they can be friends or not. If there's
a not then I expect that person to leave (including if that person is me).
If you're not friends with the people you game with; you're not likely to get
a very enjoyable experience out of it.
