So I was thinking of a silly Celebrity SR game where the players find out
Casey Casum is a vampire and still doing New Year's parties under a
different name and Kevin Bacon is the original IE and was in all those
movies just to get the connections he needed to someday rule the world.
Any other celebs that should be included (other than Elvis) ?

It's Dick Clark, not Casey Casum. Let's see, we already have the Gates
family...
George Lucas would still be around in some form or another. Probably
pioneered the Virtual Persona software.
