Subject: Centering Skilles

I have a question concerning physads and the centering skills that
they can use to center their stealth and athletics. I mean it seems a
bit strange for a physad to be chanting in some foreign language while
they hide away in the shadows trying not to be noticed. And the same
thing while they are running for their lives and trying to clear a
fence to escape a pack of barghests. So what skills do other people
out their use?
